2) Surat-ul-Baqara

( 2 ) پارہ نمبر

2 ) سورة البقرة

(235)

لِلَّذِیۡنَ یُؤۡلُوۡنَ مِنۡ نِّسَآئِہِمۡ تَرَبُّصُ اَرۡبَعَۃِ اَشۡہُرٍ ۚ فَاِنۡ فَآءُوۡ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۲۲۶﴾

For those who swear not to have sexual relations with their wives is a waiting time of four months, but if they return [to normal relations] - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں سے ( تعلق نہ رکھنے کی ) قسمیں کھائیں ان کے لیے چار مہینے کی مدت ہے ، پھر اگر وہ لوٹ آئیں تو اللہ تعالٰی بھی بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ۔

Jo log apni biwiyon say ( talluq na rakhney ) qasmen khayen unn kay liye chaar maheeney ki iddat hai phir agar woh lot aayen to Allah Taalaa bhi bakshney wala meharban hai.

4 ) سورة النساء

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا ؕ وَ لَا تَعۡضُلُوۡہُنَّ لِتَذۡہَبُوۡا بِبَعۡضِ مَاۤ اٰتَیۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ یَّاۡتِیۡنَ بِفَاحِشَۃٍ مُّبَیِّنَۃٍ ۚ وَ عَاشِرُوۡہُنَّ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ ۚ فَاِنۡ کَرِہۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ فَعَسٰۤی اَنۡ تَکۡرَہُوۡا شَیۡئًا وَّ یَجۡعَلَ اللّٰہُ فِیۡہِ خَیۡرًا کَثِیۡرًا ﴿۱۹﴾

O you who have believed, it is not lawful for you to inherit women by compulsion. And do not make difficulties for them in order to take [back] part of what you gave them unless they commit a clear immorality. And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.

ایمان والو! تمہیں حلال نہیں کہ زبردستی عورتوں کو ورثے میں لے بیٹھو انہیں اس لئے روک نہ رکھو کہ جو تم نے انہیں دے رکھا ہے ، اس میں سے کچھ لے لو ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ وہ کوئی کُھلی بُرائی اور بے حیائی کریں ان کے ساتھ اچھے طریقے سے بودوباش رکھو ، گو تم انہیں ناپسند کرو لیکن بہت ممکن ہے کہ تم کسی چیز کو بُرا جانو ، اور اللہ تعالٰی اس میں بہت ہی بھلائی کر دے ۔

Eman walo! Tumhen halal nahi kay zabardasti aurton ko virsay mein ley betho unhen iss liye rok na rakho kay jo tum ney unhen dey rakha hai uss mein say kuch ley lo haan yeh aur baat hai kay woh koi khuli buraee aur bey hayaee keren unn kay sath achay tareeqay say bod-o-baash rakho go tum unhen na pasand kero lekin boht mumkin hai kay tum kissi cheez ko bura jano aur Allah Taalaa iss mein boht hi bhalaee ker dey.

33) Surat-ul-Ahzaab

33 ) سورة الأحزاب

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِذَا نَکَحۡتُمُ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقۡتُمُوۡہُنَّ مِنۡ قَبۡلِ اَنۡ تَمَسُّوۡہُنَّ فَمَا لَکُمۡ عَلَیۡہِنَّ مِنۡ عِدَّۃٍ تَعۡتَدُّوۡنَہَا ۚ فَمَتِّعُوۡہُنَّ وَ سَرِّحُوۡہُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِیۡلًا ﴿۴۹﴾

O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release.

اے مومنو! جب تم مومن عورتوں سے نکاح کرو پھر ہاتھ لگانے سے پہلے ( ہی ) طلاق دے دو تو ان پر تمہارا کوئی حق عدت کا نہیں جسے تم شمار کرو پس تم کچھ نہ کچھ انہیں دے دواور بھلے طریق پر انہیں رخصت کر دو ۔

Aey momin! Jab tum momin auraton say nikkah kero phir hath laganey say pehlay ( hi ) tallaq dey do to unn per tumahra koi haq iddat ka nahi jissay tum shumaar kero pus tum kuch na kuch enhen dey do aur bhalay tareeq per unhen rukhsat kerdo.

65) Surat-ut-Tallaq

65 ) سورة الطلاق

(5282)

یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ اِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ النِّسَآءَ فَطَلِّقُوۡہُنَّ لِعِدَّتِہِنَّ وَ اَحۡصُوا الۡعِدَّۃَ ۚ وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ رَبَّکُمۡ ۚ لَا تُخۡرِجُوۡہُنَّ مِنۡۢ بُیُوۡتِہِنَّ وَ لَا یَخۡرُجۡنَ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ یَّاۡتِیۡنَ بِفَاحِشَۃٍ مُّبَیِّنَۃٍ ؕ وَ تِلۡکَ حُدُوۡدُ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَ مَنۡ یَّتَعَدَّ حُدُوۡدَ اللّٰہِ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَہٗ ؕ لَا تَدۡرِیۡ لَعَلَّ اللّٰہَ یُحۡدِثُ بَعۡدَ ذٰلِکَ اَمۡرًا ﴿۱﴾

O Prophet, when you [Muslims] divorce women, divorce them for [the commencement of] their waiting period and keep count of the waiting period, and fear Allah , your Lord. Do not turn them out of their [husbands'] houses, nor should they [themselves] leave [during that period] unless they are committing a clear immorality. And those are the limits [set by] Allah . And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah has certainly wronged himself. You know not; perhaps Allah will bring about after that a [different] matter.

اے نبی! ( اپنی امت سے کہو کہ ) جب تم اپنی بیویوں کو طلاق دینا چاہو تو ان کی عدت ( کے دنوں کے آغاز ) میں انہیں طلاق دو اور عدت کا حساب رکھو ، اور اللہ سے جو تمہارا پروردگار ہے ڈرتے رہو نہ تم انہیں ان کے گھر سے نکالو اور نہ وہ ( خود ) نکلیں ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ وہ کھلی برائی کر بیٹھیں یہ اللہ کی مقرر کردہ حدیں ہیں جو شخص اللہ کی حدوں سے آگے بڑھ جائے اس نے یقیناً اپنے اوپر ظلم کیا تم نہیں جانتے شاید اس کے بعد اللہ تعالٰی کوئی نئی بات پیدا کردے ۔

Aey nabi! ( apni ummat say kaho kay ) jab tum apni biwiyon ko tallaq dena chahao to unn ki iddat ( kay dino kay aaghaaz ) mein unhen tallaq do aur iddat ka hisab rakho aur Allah say jo tumhara perwerdigar hai dartay raho na tum enhen inn kay gharon say nikalo aur na woh ( khud ) niklen haan yeh aur baat hai kay woh khuli buraee ker bethen yeh Allah ki muqarrar kerda hadden hain jo shaks Allah ki haddon say aagay barh jaye uss ney yaqeenan apney upper zulm kiya tum nahi jantay shayad iss kay baad Allah Taalaa koi naee baat peda ker dey.

66) Surat-ut-Tehreem

( 28 ) پارہ نمبر

66 ) سورة التحريم

(5299)

عَسٰی رَبُّہٗۤ اِنۡ طَلَّقَکُنَّ اَنۡ یُّبۡدِلَہٗۤ اَزۡوَاجًا خَیۡرًا مِّنۡکُنَّ مُسۡلِمٰتٍ مُّؤۡمِنٰتٍ قٰنِتٰتٍ تٰٓئِبٰتٍ عٰبِدٰتٍ سٰٓئِحٰتٍ ثَیِّبٰتٍ وَّ اَبۡکَارًا ﴿۵﴾

Perhaps his Lord, if he divorced you [all], would substitute for him wives better than you - submitting [to Allah ], believing, devoutly obedient, repentant, worshipping, and traveling - [ones] previously married and virgins.

اگر وہ ( پیغمبر ) تمہیں طلاق دے دیں تو بہت جلد انہیں ان کا رب! تمہارے بدلے تم سے بہتر بیویاں عنایت فرمائے گا جو اسلام والیاں ایمان والیاں اللہ کے حضو ر جھکنے والیاں توبہ کرنے والیاں عبادت بجا لانے والیاں روزے رکھنے والیاں ہوں گی بیوہ اور کنواریاں ۔

Agar ( woh ) payghumbar tumhen tallaq dey den to boht jald enhen inn ka rab! Tumharay badlay tum say behtar biwiyan inayat farmaye ga jo islam waliyan eman waliyan tauba kerney waliyan ibadat baja laaney waliyan rozay rakhney waliyan hongi baiwa aur kanwariyan .
