2) Surat-ul-Baqara

( 2 ) پارہ نمبر

2 ) سورة البقرة

(184)

اُولٰٓئِکَ الَّذِیۡنَ اشۡتَرَوُا الضَّلٰلَۃَ بِالۡہُدٰی وَ الۡعَذَابَ بِالۡمَغۡفِرَۃِ ۚ فَمَاۤ اَصۡبَرَہُمۡ عَلَی النَّارِ ﴿۱۷۵﴾

Those are the ones who have exchanged guidance for error and forgiveness for punishment. How patient they are in pursuit of the Fire!

یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے گمراہی کو ہدایت کے بدلے اور عذاب کو مغفرت کے بدلے خرید لیا ہے ، یہ لوگ آگ کا عذاب کتنا برداشت کرنے والے ہیں ۔

Yeh woh log hain jinhon ney gumrahi ko hidayat kay badlay aur azab ko maghfirat kay badlay khareed liya hai yeh log aag ka azab kitna bardasht kerney walay hain.

وَ مَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ اَنۡ یُّؤۡمِنُوۡۤا اِذۡ جَآءَہُمُ الۡہُدٰی وَ یَسۡتَغۡفِرُوۡا رَبَّہُمۡ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ تَاۡتِیَہُمۡ سُنَّۃُ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ اَوۡ یَاۡتِیَہُمُ الۡعَذَابُ قُبُلًا ﴿۵۵﴾

And nothing has prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them and from asking forgiveness of their Lord except that there [must] befall them the [accustomed] precedent of the former peoples or that the punishment should come [directly] before them.

لوگوں کے پاس ہدایت آچکنے کے بعد انہیں ایمان لانے اور اپنے رب سے استغفار کرنے سے صرف اسی چیز نے روکا کہ اگلے لوگوں کا سا معاملہ انہیں بھی پیش آئے یا ان کے سامنے کھلم کھلا عذاب آ موجود ہو جائے ۔

Logon kay pass hidayat aa chukney ka baad unhen eman laney aur apney rab say isataghfaar kerney say sirf issi cheez ney roka kay aglay logon ka sa moamla unhen bhi paish aaye ye unn kay samney khullam khulla azab aa mojood hojaye.

71 ) سورة نوح

وَ اِنِّیۡ کُلَّمَا دَعَوۡتُہُمۡ لِتَغۡفِرَ لَہُمۡ جَعَلُوۡۤا اَصَابِعَہُمۡ فِیۡۤ اٰذَانِہِمۡ وَ اسۡتَغۡشَوۡا ثِیَابَہُمۡ وَ اَصَرُّوۡا وَ اسۡتَکۡبَرُوا اسۡتِکۡبَارًا ۚ﴿۷﴾

And indeed, every time I invited them that You may forgive them, they put their fingers in their ears, covered themselves with their garments, persisted, and were arrogant with [great] arrogance.

میں نے جب کبھی انہیں تیری بخشش کے لئے بلایا انہوں نے اپنی انگلیاں اپنے کانوں میں ڈال لیں اور اپنے کپڑوں کو اوڑھ لیا اور اڑ گئے اور پھر بڑا تکبر کیا ۔

Mein ney jab khabi unhein teri bakhsish kay liye bulaya unhon ney apni ungliyan apney kaano mein daal lein aur apney kapron ko orh liya aur urh gaye aur bara takabur kiya
