5) Surat-ul-Maeeda
پارہ نمبر (7)
5) سورة المائدة
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا شَہَادَۃُ بَیۡنِکُمۡ اِذَا حَضَرَ اَحَدَکُمُ الۡمَوۡتُ حِیۡنَ الۡوَصِیَّۃِ اثۡنٰنِ ذَوَا عَدۡلٍ مِّنۡکُمۡ اَوۡ اٰخَرٰنِ مِنۡ غَیۡرِکُمۡ اِنۡ اَنۡتُمۡ ضَرَبۡتُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ فَاَصَابَتۡکُمۡ مُّصِیۡبَۃُ الۡمَوۡتِ ؕ تَحۡبِسُوۡنَہُمَا مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ الصَّلٰوۃِ فَیُقۡسِمٰنِ بِاللّٰہِ اِنِ ارۡتَبۡتُمۡ لَا نَشۡتَرِیۡ بِہٖ ثَمَنًا وَّ لَوۡ کَانَ ذَا قُرۡبٰی ۙ وَ لَا نَکۡتُمُ شَہَادَۃَ ۙ اللّٰہِ اِنَّاۤ اِذًا لَّمِنَ الۡاٰثِمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۶﴾
O you who have believed, testimony [should be taken] among you when death approaches one of you at the time of bequest - [that of] two just men from among you or two others from outside if you are traveling through the land and the disaster of death should strike you. Detain them after the prayer and let them both swear by Allah if you doubt [their testimony, saying], "We will not exchange our oath for a price, even if he should be a near relative, and we will not withhold the testimony of Allah . Indeed, we would then be of the sinful." -
اے ایمان والو! تمہارے آپس میں دو شخص کا گواہ ہونا مناسب ہے جبکہ تم میں سے کسی کو موت آنے لگے اور وصیت کرنے کا وقت ہو وہ دو شخص ایسے ہوں کہ دیندار ہوں خواہ تم میں سے ہوں یا غیر لوگوں میں سے دو شخص ہوں اگر تم کہیں سفر میں گئے ہو اور تمہیں موت آجائے اگر تم کو شبہ ہو تو ان دونوں کو بعد نماز روک لو پھر دونوں اللہ کی قسم کھائیں کہ ہم اس قسم کے عوض کوئی نفع نہیں لینا چاہتے اگرچہ کوئی قرابت دار بھی ہو اور اللہ تعالٰی کی بات کو ہم پوشیدہ نہ کریں گے ہم اس حالت میں سخت گناہ گار ہوں گے ۔ -
Aey eman walo! Tumharay aapas mein do shaks ka gawah hona munasib hai jabkay tum mein say kissi ko maut aaney lagay aur waseeat kerney ka waqt ho woh do shaks aisay hon kay deen daar hon khuwa tum mein say hon ya ghair logon mein say do shaks hon agar tum kahin safar mein gaye ho aur tumhen maut aajaye agar tum ko shuba hoto inn dono ko baad namaz rok lo phir dono Allah ki qasmen khayen kay hum iss qasam kay ewaz koi nafa nahi lena chahatayagar cheh koi qarabat daar bhi ho aur Allah Taalaa ki baat ko hum posheedah keren gay hum iss halat mein sakht gunehgar hongay. -

5) سورة المائدة
فَاِنۡ عُثِرَ عَلٰۤی اَنَّہُمَا اسۡتَحَقَّاۤ اِثۡمًا فَاٰخَرٰنِ یَقُوۡمٰنِ مَقَامَہُمَا مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اسۡتَحَقَّ عَلَیۡہِمُ الۡاَوۡلَیٰنِ فَیُقۡسِمٰنِ بِاللّٰہِ لَشَہَادَتُنَاۤ اَحَقُّ مِنۡ شَہَادَتِہِمَا وَ مَا اعۡتَدَیۡنَاۤ ۫ ۖاِنَّاۤ اِذًا لَّمِنَ الظّٰلِمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۷﴾
But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right. And let them swear by Allah , "Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers." -
پھر اگر اس کی اطلاع ہو کہ وہ دونوں گواہ کسی گناہ کے مرتکب ہوئے ہیں تو ان لوگوں میں سے جن کے مقابلہ میں گناہ کا ارتکاب ہوا تھا اور دو شخص جو سب میں قریب تر ہیں جہاں وہ دونوں کھڑے ہوئے تھے یہ دونوں کھڑے ہوں پھر دونوں اللہ کی قسم کھائیں کہ بالیقین ہماری یہ قسم ان دونوں کی اس قسم سے زیادہ راست ہے اور ہم نے ذرا تجاوز نہیں کیا ، ہم اس حالت میں سخت ظالم ہونگے ۔ -
Phir gar iss ki itlaa ho kay woh dono gawah kissi gunah kay murtakib huye hain to inn logon mein say jin kay muqablay mein gunah ka irtakaab hua tha woh do shaks jo sab mein qareeb tar hain jahan woh dono kharay huye thay yeh dono kharay hon phir dono Allah ki qasam khayen kay bil yaqeen humari yeh qasam inn dono ki uss qasam say ziyada raast hai aur hum ney zara tajawuz nahi kiya hum iss halat mein sakht zalim hongay. -

ذٰلِکَ اَدۡنٰۤی اَنۡ یَّاۡتُوۡا بِالشَّہَادَۃِ عَلٰی وَجۡہِہَاۤ اَوۡ یَخَافُوۡۤا اَنۡ تُرَدَّ اَیۡمَانٌۢ بَعۡدَ اَیۡمَانِہِمۡ ؕ وَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَ اسۡمَعُوۡا ؕ وَ اللّٰہُ لَا یَہۡدِی الۡقَوۡمَ الۡفٰسِقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۰۸﴾٪ 4
That is more likely that they will give testimony according to its [true] objective, or [at least] they would fear that [other] oaths might be taken after their oaths. And fear Allah and listen; and Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people. -
یہ قریب ذریعہ ہے اس امر کا کہ وہ لوگ واقعہ کو ٹھیک طور پر ظاہر کریں یا اس بات سے ڈر جائیں کہ ان سے قسمیں لینے کے بعد قسمیں الٹی پڑ جائیں گی اور اللہ تعالٰی سے ڈرو اور سنو! اور اللہ تعالٰی فاسق لوگوں کو ہدایت نہیں کرتا ۔ -
Yeh qareeb zariya hai iss amar ka kay woh log waqiya ko theek tor per zahir keren ya iss baat say darr jayen kay inn say qasmen lenay kay baad qasmen ulti parr jayen gi aur Allah Taalaa say daro aur suno! Aur Allah Taalaa faasiq logon ko hidayat nahi kerta. -
