آیت نمبر (27)

وَ لَقَدۡ اَہۡلَکۡنَا مَا حَوۡلَکُمۡ مِّنَ الۡقُرٰی وَ صَرَّفۡنَا الۡاٰیٰتِ لَعَلَّہُمۡ یَرۡجِعُوۡنَ ﴿۲۷﴾

And We have already destroyed what surrounds you of [those] cities, and We have diversified the signs [or verses] that perhaps they might return [from disbelief]. -

اور یقیناً ہم نے تمہارے آس پاس کی بستیاں تباہ کر دیں اور طرح طرح کی ہم نے اپنی نشانیاں بیان کر دیں تاکہ وہ رجوع کرلیں ۔ -

Aur yaqeenan hum ney tumahray aas pass ki bastiyan tabah ker den aur tarah tarah ki hum ney apni nishaniyan biyan ker den takay woh rujoo ker len. -

آیت نمبر (28)

فَلَوۡ لَا نَصَرَہُمُ الَّذِیۡنَ اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ قُرۡبَانًا اٰلِـہَۃً ؕ بَلۡ ضَلُّوۡا عَنۡہُمۡ ۚ وَ ذٰلِکَ اِفۡکُہُمۡ وَ مَا کَانُوۡا یَفۡتَرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۸﴾

Then why did those they took besides Allah as deities by which to approach [Him] not aid them? But they had strayed from them. And that was their falsehood and what they were inventing. -

پس قرب الٰہی حاصل کرنے کے لئے انہوں نے اللہ کے سوا جن جن کو اپنا معبود بنا رکھا تھا انہوں نے ان کی مدد کیوں نہ کی؟ بلکہ وہ تو ان سے کھو گئے ( بلکہ دراصل ) یہ ان کا محض جھوٹ اور بالکل بہتان تھا ۔ -

Pus qurb-e-elahi hasil kerney kay liye unhon ney Allah kay siwa jinn jinn ko mabood bana rakha tha unhon ney unn ki madad kiyon na ki? Bulkay woh to unn say kho gaye ( bulkay dar-asal ) yeh unn ka mehaz jhoot aur ( bilkul ) bohtan tha. -
