2) Surat-ul-Baqara

( 1 ) پارہ نمبر

2 ) سورة البقرة

(82)

فَقُلۡنَا اضۡرِبُوۡہُ بِبَعۡضِہَا ؕ کَذٰلِکَ یُحۡیِ اللّٰہُ الۡمَوۡتٰی ۙ وَ یُرِیۡکُمۡ اٰیٰتِہٖ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ ﴿۷۳﴾

So, We said, "Strike the slain man with part of it." Thus does Allah bring the dead to life, and He shows you His signs that you might reason.

ہم نے کہا اس گائے کا ایک ٹکڑا مقتول کے جسم پر لگا دو ( وہ جی اٹھے گا ) اسی طرح اللہ مردوں کو زندہ کر کے تمہیں تمہاری عقلمندی کے لئے اپنی نشانیاں دکھاتا ہے ۔

Hum ney kaha iss gaaye ka aik tukra maqtool kay jism ko laga do ( woh ji utahay ga ) issi tarah Allah Taalaa murdon ko zinda ker kay tumhen tumhari aqal mandi kay liye apni nishaniyan dikhata hai/

وَ مَا کَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنٍ اَنۡ یَّقۡتُلَ مُؤۡمِنًا اِلَّا خَطَئًا ۚ وَ مَنۡ قَتَلَ مُؤۡمِنًا خَطَئًا فَتَحۡرِیۡرُ رَقَبَۃٍ مُّؤۡمِنَۃٍ وَّ دِیَۃٌ مُّسَلَّمَۃٌ اِلٰۤی اَہۡلِہٖۤ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ یَّصَّدَّقُوۡا ؕ فَاِنۡ کَانَ مِنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَدُوٍّ لَّکُمۡ وَ ہُوَ مُؤۡمِنٌ فَتَحۡرِیۡرُ رَقَبَۃٍ مُّؤۡمِنَۃٍ ؕ وَ اِنۡ کَانَ مِنۡ قَوۡمٍۭ بَیۡنَکُمۡ وَ بَیۡنَہُمۡ مِّیۡثَاقٌ فَدِیَۃٌ مُّسَلَّمَۃٌ اِلٰۤی اَہۡلِہٖ وَ تَحۡرِیۡرُ رَقَبَۃٍ مُّؤۡمِنَۃٍ ۚ فَمَنۡ لَّمۡ یَجِدۡ فَصِیَامُ شَہۡرَیۡنِ مُتَتَابِعَیۡنِ ۫ تَوۡبَۃً مِّنَ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَ کَانَ اللّٰہُ عَلِیۡمًا حَکِیۡمًا ﴿۹۲﴾

And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment presented to the deceased's family [is required] unless they give [up their right as] charity. But if the deceased was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; and if he was from a people with whom you have a treaty - then a compensation payment presented to his family and the freeing of a believing slave. And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively, [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allah . And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.

کسی مومن کو دوسرے مومن کا قتل کر دینا زیبا نہیں مگر غلطی سے ہو جائے ( تو اور بات ہے ) ، جو شخص کسی مسلمان کو بلاقصد مار ڈالے اس پر ایک مسلمان غلام کی گردن آزاد کرنا اور مقتول کے عزیزوں کو خون بہا پہنچانا ہے ۔ ہاں یہ اور بات ہے کہ وہ لوگ بطور صدقہ معاف کر دیں اور اگر مقتول تمہاری دشمن قوم کا ہو اور ہو وہ مسلمان تو صرف ایک مومن غلام کی گردن آزاد کرنی لازمی ہے ۔ اور اگر مقتول اس قوم سے ہو کہ تم میں اور ان میں عہد و پیماں ہے تو خون بہا لازم ہے جو اس کے کنُبے والوں کو پہنچایا جائے اور ایک مسلمان غلام کا آزاد کرنا بھی ( ضروری ہے ) پس جو نہ پائے اس کے ذمے دو مہینے کے لگاتار روزے ہیں ، اللہ تعالٰی سے بخشوانے کے لئے اور اللہ تعالٰی بخوبی جاننے والا اور حکمت والا ہے ۔

Kissi momin ko doosray momin ka qatal ker dena zaiba nahi magar ghalati say hojaye ( to aur baat hai ) jo shaks kissi musalman ko bila qasad maar dalay uss per aik musalman ghulam ki gardan aazad kerna aur maqtool kay azizon ko khoon baha phonchana hai haan yeh aur baat hai kay woh log bator sadqa moaf ker denaur maqtool agar tumhari dushman qom ka ho aur ho woh musalman to sirf aik momin ghulam ki gardan aazad kerni lazmi hai. Aur agar maqtool uss qom say ho kay tum mein aur unn mein ehad-o-paymaan hai to khoon baha lazim hai jo uss kay kunbay walon ko phonchaya jaye aur aik musalman ghulam ka aazad kerna bhi ( zaroori hai ) pus jo na paye uss kay zimmay do maheeney kay lagataar raozay hain Allah Taalaa say bakshwaney kay liye aur Allah Taalaa bakhoobi janney wala aur hikmat wala hai.
